We have an 7800 square foot barn with 15 stalls, most of them 12x12. There are two paddocks that are off the barn for individual mare and foal turnout while they are here. Safety is everything. We also have a 11x24 foaling box.
Full board is $375 per month, including turnout with grass, and $275 a month for full pasture board. Pasture board is at my other farm, 92 acres with lots of grass. No stalls are available there and $150 a month with grass only.
We have a nice jumping ring or just riding ring that is lit at night. It is 300 by 150. We have some jumps available but, honestly, we mostly do dressage here. We have dressage lessons available with a German instructor, as well as a newcomer to the area with wonderful dressage credentials. Come meet them.
Just to give you an idea of the inside, this is one end of the barn. We have the round pen right off the end. There are two concrete grooming areas with crossties.
We built the round pen solid so the horses can't see out to help with the training. There is sand footing and lighting when needed.
The dressage ring/riding ring has been updated with river sand. It is level and has good footing even soon after rain. We have room for a regular dressage ring, with some extra for entry. Or if we want to take the ring down, as it is in this picture, we can use it for general riding. The ring is lit at night.
